Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving.
- Research information across systems to support customer needs.
- Document interactions and process claims accurately.
- Guide customers through options to find best solutions.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Elevate complex issues to relevant team members.
- Stay updated with training, updates, and program knowledge.
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior call center experience and ability to work independently.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
