Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to new clients
- Conduct outreach to clients via phone, email, and text during setup
- Consistently follow up with clients in setup who have pending roadblocks
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service
- Develop strong relationships with new clients to keep them engaged and excited about joining our organization
- Previous experience in support, training, or customer service roles
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently towards deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, trustworthy character, and ability to take initiative
