Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Roadmap Development: Translate the domain knowledge into an outcome-driven roadmap for the product portfolio. Define the sequence of work that creates value and provides the strategic direction.
  • Player-Coach Execution: Drive your own execution on critical outcomes while mentoring your team to ensure cohesive portfolio execution.
