Drive Strategic Growth in Education

The Role:

We're seeking a visionary product leader to spearhead systemic change in education through the innovative application of artificial intelligence (AI). This role is about defining strategic outcomes, not managing processes.

The conventional one-size-fits-all education model falls short in serving individual students. Our approach leverages learning science and AI to deliver truly personalized instruction.

This is distinct from a typical VP of Product position. We require a leader who owns outcomes, drives data-backed strategy with clear first-principles thinking, and champions innovation.

You will lead a team of sharp product owners and collaborate directly with founders to steer the entire vertical. Success is measured by clear evidence that your strategy has improved student learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Education Domain Knowledge: Own and evolve the master strategy that aligns the entire vertical on key product decisions.
  • Drive the Portfolio Roadmap: Translate the Domain BrainLift into an outcome-driven roadmap for the whole product portfolio.
  • Player-Coach Execution: Act as a player-coach driving critical outcomes while mentoring your team.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a product leadership role where you personally shaped the product vision and owned core problems.
  • Previous experience launching successful products (not just features) that reached real users from scratch to launch.
  • Professional experience using AI in daily work (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, strategy).
