Are you a strategic thinker with experience in leading teams and driving business growth? We are seeking a Director to join our Consulting Services team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and its capabilities, as well as hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for managing complex people situations, building relationships that last, and driving change and user adoption of new functionality or embedding new processes within a team.

We are looking for someone with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, who is able to balance long-term and short-term goals, detail-oriented and big picture thinking. You should also have experience in contracting, pricing, and estimating consulting engagements, as well as commercial management experience.

  • Commercial management experience (contracting, pricing, and estimating consulting engagements)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required
  • Best practice Salesforce technical delivery principles
  • Salesforce architecture understanding and experience
