Job Overview: The HR Director is responsible for the overall planning, leading, organizing and controlling of Human Resources & Admin. This includes implementation of HR & Admin programs which cover Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Training & Development and Resource Management with the professional and personal well-being of the Company's manpower resources in mind.

Job Description:
● Directs and leads the HR Department in developing strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
● Oversees the implementation of HR Strategies within the organization to ensure the compliance and effectiveness.
● Directs the preparation and maintenance of reports as necessary to carry out the functions of HR such as but not limited to: Quarter Performance Review, Annual Performance Review, Strat Planning, etc.
● Directs the implementation of performance management, talent review, people development program.
● Oversees the development and administration of HR programs, policies and procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
● Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, learning and organizational development, labor relations; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
● Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements Requirements:
● Education – Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Psychology or equivalent
● Related Experience – At least 5-year experience performing the HR Director / Head role in the IT industry or relevant work; At least 10-year experience leading and managing a team; At least 6-year experience working on IT Operations
● Skills – Analysis and Continuous Improvement, Planning and Execution
● Soft Skills:
○ Organized and thorough tracking and planning skills
○ Innovative and operationally adept at looking for ways to continuously improve ○ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
○ Excellent communicator verbally and written
○ Able to understand and talk about technical matters (dev team) and business matters (client)
○ Good experience in conflict resolution/management
○ Determined and self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment
○ Willing to work late nights, weekends, holidays when needed
