You will drive strategic initiatives and manage key client relationships, building strong cross-functional partnerships to meet and exceed revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Reporting to: Country Head & Commercial Lead Key responsibilities Lead Strategic Initiatives : Support the development of a commercial plan that fosters sustainable and profitable growth aligned with Kerry's strategic platforms. Understand customers, markets, competitors, and trends to derive actionable insights. Manage Key Accounts : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Identify new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business with existing and new customers. Innovate and Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions addressing client challenges. Manage project pipelines proactively across functions and business units to ensure smooth execution.

Contribute to Business Growth : Identify new business opportunities and support the company's growth strategy. Develop proactive customer campaigns with Marketing and R&D that create significant value for key customers. Why Join

Qualifications and skills Proven experience in a Senior Account Management or Director-level role. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and make impactful decisions.

Education : Bachelor's or higher degree in Business or Food Science preferred. Experience : 10-15 years of relevant work experience. Team Collaboration : Successful track record working with multifunctional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Market Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the Philippines' Taste market; nutritional category knowledge is a plus. Passion for Food and Beverage : Enthusiasm for food and beverage, with the ability to communicate this passion effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
