Objective:

To identify, execute, and validate innovative growth strategies from both business and compliance perspectives. Lead cross-functional teams to drive user growth, platform optimization, and organizational alignment, ensuring sustainable and compliant expansion in the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Growth Execution

  • Develop and implement scalable go-to-market strategies compliant with Brazilian regulations
  • Monitor competitor dynamics and iterate strategies in response to market shifts
  • Design and execute end-to-end growth, activation, and retention initiatives
  • Align platform capabilities with user experience and product innovation

2. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, platform, product, and compliance functions
  • Foster a high-performance, innovation-driven culture with ownership mindset
  • Manage team structure, capacity planning, and individual development pathways

3. Decision-Making & Stakeholder Management

  • Contribute to annual budgeting and growth target planning
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align priorities and mitigate risks
  • Manage internal and external resource allocations across initiatives

4. Data-Driven Operations

  • Define and monitor key metrics (e.g., MAU, ARPU, LTV, churn rate)
  • Drive continuous operational improvement based on analytics and user feedback
  • Build a data-centric reporting structure for executive communication

5. Compliance & Market Influence

  • Partner with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure lawful execution of growth plans
  • Maintain strategic relationships with regulators, partners, and industry bodies
  • Represent the company in public-private sector dialogues and market-facing events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Product, Law, or relevant field
  • 10+ years in digital business operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience in overseas expansion or compliance-led operations (Brazil preferred)
  • Strong cross-functional communication, project leadership, and team development skills
  • Data-savvy with hands-on experience in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, GA, Excel)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage large-scale operational frameworks
