We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate-Pool candidate

This position involves providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions. This includes handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies and other miscellaneous transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Required qualifications include:

  • A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with banking processes and procedures is an advantage.
