What You'll Do
As a Client Operations Associate, you'll ensure our clients remain happy and satisfied while helping them get the most value from our products and services.
Your responsibilities include:
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients.
- Evaluate client needs, investigate requirements, and propose potential solutions.
- Provide exceptional client service with open and active communication.
- Translate and liaise between clients and internal technical teams to address concerns.
- Communicate project progress and initiatives to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze client usage of the product.
- Ensure timely delivery of enhancements according to client priorities.
- Manage external pressures and handle objections effectively.
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
- Prepare timely reports and presentations.
- Recommend and implement operational improvements.
- Map processes and conduct training for employees.
- Organize and coordinate workflows across teams to meet SLAs.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Graduate of an IT-related course.
- Preferably with experience in a client-facing role, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Knowledge Requirements
- Familiarity with FMCG processes.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of system analysis and design.
Skills
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Working knowledge of SDLC and system analysis methodologies.
