Our organization is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and wage compliance. This key role will ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, as well as excellent analytical and reporting skills. They should be proficient in HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This position will be responsible for salary benchmarking, total compensation analysis, and benefits enrollment and renewal oversight. Additionally, they will oversee payroll operations, working closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with a master's or certification preferred. 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll operations is also required.
