Job Title

A Manager of Rewards and Compensation with expertise in design, development, implementation, and management of pay structures, benefits packages, and programs that align with business objectives.

Description

This position is responsible for leading the creation of strategic plans to optimize compensation and benefits offerings. Work collaboratively with HRBPs and the broader HR organization to develop competitive global compensation strategies and programs that enhance internal equity, market competitiveness, and overall business impact.

The role will require effective communication, partnership, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, data analysis and interpretation, and presentation skills to drive results and achieve goals.

  • Lead internal/external market analysis including assessment of compensation surveys for the APJ region to develop pay ranges, updating and aligning strategies as needed.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.
  • Partner with Global Compensation and Benefits team in process management of global merit, bonus and equity cycles including budget modelling, systems updates/changes, training, reporting and support of approval process.
  • Design and manage the benefits programs, including benefits administration for the APJ region.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training/communications on a variety of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
  • Utilize various tools that support compensation and benefits programs and initiatives, and work with HRIS to align systems with compensation and benefits needs in support of the technology roadmap.
Key Qualifications

Experience with salary benchmarking and total rewards strategy. Strong analytical, project management and process management skills.

Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.

Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.

Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Relentless focus on quality and accuracy.
