Overview of the Role
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to high-profile executives. Your primary focus will be on managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Develop and implement efficient calendar systems to prioritize tasks and ensure optimal productivity.
- Communication Hub: Streamline correspondence, manage inboxes, and utilize emotional intelligence to handle sensitive stakeholder interactions.
- Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs, act proactively, and coordinate diverse projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Decision Support: Gather and analyze data to inform executive decision-making, prepare reports, and offer strategic insights.
- Adaptability and Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, actively seek feedback for continuous improvement, and balance multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Executive Buffer: Handle routine matters independently, know when to involve the executive, and maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Personal Support: Manage personal tasks, such as gifts, restaurant reservations, and personal appointments, to ensure the executive's well-being.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency and Exceptional Communication Skills: Near-native level of English proficiency in speech, writing, and reading.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, executive assistance, or client-facing roles.
- Remote Work and/or Start-Up Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally in a start-up context.
- Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to align work hours with US time zones.
