Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team. As the right candidate, you will be responsible for developing a strategy to increase our market share in EMEA and APAC. Your key responsibilities include financial forecasting, budget setting, and profit-and-loss analysis of our commercial team.

  • Benchmark competitor solutions and propose innovative features to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate across teams - Compliance, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal.
  • Establish lead requirements to meet sales objectives.
  • Own the sales pipeline at every stage and monitor targets.
  • Foster partnerships and relationships with key customers and industry leaders.

You will also create a framework to measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting your approach based on development and data.

The ideal candidate has good fluency in English, critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
