
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inbox management, calendar scheduling, and basic coordination.
This role involves supporting multiple team members with administrative tasks, data entry, and light research. You will also be responsible for formatting and publishing content, creating simple graphics, and monitoring social media inboxes.
- Support with calendar scheduling, meeting reminders, and basic coordination
- Organize files, documents, and internal trackers across tools like Google Drive or Notion
- Assist with email follow-ups, data entry, and light research
- Help draft simple internal updates, task lists, or team messages
- Format and publish content or updates (blog drafts, social posts, internal docs)
- Create simple graphics or visual materials using tools like Canva or Figma
- Monitor social media inboxes or comment sections (optional depending on team structure)
- 2–3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or coordinator role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks across a week
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, and Zoom
- Self-starter who's comfortable asking questions and staying on top of deadlines
- Able to work during some overlap with U.S. time zones (preferred)
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
- Experience with basic graphic design, research, or customer support
- Interested in long-term growth and learning more about content, marketing, or ops
- Paid in USD (bi-monthly payouts: 15th & 30th)
- Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
