
Administrative Leasing Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our end-to-end lease documentation process.

The Lease Contracts Administrator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing lease-related documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and process lease documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs), and Amendments using CRM systems and document management tools.
- Ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details before finalizing documents.
- Maintain compliance with internal SLAs and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
- A degree or relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role is ideal.
- Experience with document management, processing, and creation is advantageous.
- Ability to manage high email traffic and intra office communications effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
