Job Title: Strategic Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to provide seamless support to senior leadership across multiple functional areas.

This is a remote opportunity that requires effective time allocation and prioritization of meetings, calendar management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Asana, experience working on a Mac operating system, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Calendar Management: Manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
  2. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leaders.
  3. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  4. Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  5. Administrative Support: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure smooth operations across functional areas.
Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency in Asana and experience using GCal, Gmail, and Slack.
  2. Experience working on a Mac operating system.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels or a similar role supporting multiple leaders in different time zones.
  4. Bachelor's degree or any certificate course required.
  5. Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  6. Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level).
  7. Solid organizational and time management skills.
  8. Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies.
  9. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
  10. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
  11. Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.
