Job Title: Office Manager

About the Role

The Office Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the office. This role provides support for administrative and financial needs.

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day activities, maintaining a well-organized workspace, and ensuring smooth communication among team members.

This includes receiving bills, preparing vouchers, releasing or depositing payments to suppliers, and sending official receipts.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare reports as necessary.

Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Manage petty cash funds established for payment of office expenses.
    • Process payments for purchases made by the office.
  • Office Administration
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other events.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records of employee time off, vacation days, and sick leave.
  • Customer Service
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • General Office Duties
    • Distribute mail, packages, and other materials to employees.
    • Keep common areas clean and organized.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and work effectively under pressure. They must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a related field.

A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is highly desirable.
