This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (UK Time, 1-hour lunch)
Client Timezone: UK (Wales)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours 

Join a growing student lettings business as an Administrative Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely while directly supporting the business owners. You'll take on a mix of administrative, bookkeeping, customer service, and social media support tasks—all essential to keeping operations running smoothly throughout both peak and off-peak periods.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily email correspondence and organize inboxes

  • Perform general administrative tasks following step-by-step process guides

  • Provide basic bookkeeping support (invoice organization, payment tracking)

  • Support social media management by responding to inquiries and scheduling posts

  • Answer and make calls to students using international dialer software

  • Conduct follow-up calls to check student satisfaction and resolve concerns

  • Organize and maintain client files and documentation

  • Support office operations to free up staff for in-person tasks

  • Adapt to seasonal workload variations (with peak activity in September)


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative roles

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to follow detailed processes accurately

  • Basic bookkeeping and organizational skills

  • Customer service experience, ideally with young adults/students

  • Comfortable using international dialer software for phone communications

  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
