Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, including shipping delays, product defects, missing packages, and payment issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until resolution.
  • Work closely with other Customer Service Representatives to provide mentorship and guidance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in social media management software.
