Job Title: Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for our growing client base.

  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, responding to multiple inquiries simultaneously, and providing clear and concise solutions to complex problems.
  • Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone calls, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Additional responsibilities include clarifying customer needs, determining root causes, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure issue resolution.
  • As a member of our customer support team, you will also participate in writing high-quality help documentation for internal and external use.
  • Escalation of bugs to the customer technical support team is also an essential part of this role.
  • Collaboration on specialized projects to continuously develop and adapt to the growing team is highly valued.

Requirements:
  • English as primary language; secondary languages are a plus.
  • At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform or equivalent.
  • Ability to translate technical ideas into non-technical terms.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Two or more years of experience in a customer support role.
