About The Role
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be at the forefront of our client interactions, serving as the first point of connection between clients and our attorneys. You'll handle high-volume inbound calls, answer questions, provide guidance, and set up appointments with our legal experts.
- Create exceptional experiences by representing us with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle 50-100 inbound calls daily, answering questions and providing guidance.
- Own the client journey by coordinating appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Requirements- Proven sales experience in a call center environment (mandatory)
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- This is a remote position; candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection
