As a Sales Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for international franchise inquiries, qualifying leads and booking appointments for our Franchise Development team.
Core Responsibilities- Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound franchise inquiries from around the world, ensuring they align with our values and criteria.
- Appointment Setting: Book video or in-person meetings for our Franchise Development team to present the franchise opportunity to qualified leads.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospective franchise partners by understanding their entrepreneurial goals and motivations.
- Pipeline Management: Update and maintain lead information, conversations, and appointments within our CRM system.
- Remuneration: Casual employment, AUD $25–30 per hour
- Training: Comprehensive sales training provided by our international leadership team
- Career Growth: Opportunity to grow into a Franchise Development Manager or other roles within our global organisation

Essential Skills- Sales Experience: Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales — ideally in franchise recruitment, education, or B2B sales.
- Communication Skills: Confident communication skills, able to build rapport quickly with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads at different stages of the sales pipeline, staying on top of follow-ups and priorities.
- Self-Motivation: Excellent self-motivation skills, goal-oriented, and a strong desire to succeed.
