Guest Services Ambassador
Role OverviewThe Guest Services Ambassador is the heartbeat of our guest interactions, delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining high standards of service. This dynamic role requires a seamless and memorable approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications with a customer-focused mindset.
- Effectively answer guest phone calls and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proper accounting and maintenance.
- Liaise with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve channel-specific issues.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience with Google Workspace and short-term rental property management systems.
Required Skills and QualificationsEssential Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and short-term rental property management systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role.
- Fluency in multiple languages (dependent on location).
