Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring complete satisfaction and trust with customer accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and file documents as necessary.
  • Communication: Follow established procedures, guidelines, and policies for effective communication with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1-year experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in B2C or B2B capacity.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2 level or higher).
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy individual familiar with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and online calendars.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
