Job Role Overview

Care account specialists serve as key representatives for clients in assigned regions, ensuring exceptional delivery of clinical services across onsite and virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Reporting: Serve as the main point of contact, own delivery and quality of monthly reports, track SLAs, and attend client-facing meetings.
  • Clinical Service Oversight: Ensure clinician rosters are filled, manage transitions and escalations, monitor clinical quality benchmarks, and coordinate team workflows.
  • Clinician Management & Quality: Manage clinicians, monitor session quality, conduct orientation and onboarding, align clinicians with internal policies, and provide clinical supervision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects: Collaborate with teams on service experience improvements, contribute to new program planning, and engage in best practice exchange.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health disciplines.
  • Professional registration with a relevant counselling/psychology board.
  • At least 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical operations, client relationship management, or case management.
  • Experience managing clinicians in a B2B, hospital, or EAP setting.
