About the Role

Nan Tian Group Ltd. Inc. (NT Group), home to leading F&B brands including Tarsier Fried Food, Lan Hot Pot, Namsan Korean Barbecue, Golden Noodle House, and Xiaolongkan Hotpot, is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

This executive role oversees both company-owned and franchised branches across multiple brands—driving operational performance, strategic growth, and cross-brand alignment. The CFO will champion financial excellence, innovation, and scalability, ensuring consistent standards while enabling expansion.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Board Influence

  • Serve as a financial strategist and advisor to the CEO and Board.
  • Drive corporate finance, capital structuring, M&A, and fundraising initiatives.

Financial Stewardship

  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Budgeting, and Cash Flow.
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management.

External Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with banks, investors, regulators, and key stakeholders.

Team Building & Transformation

  • Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.
  • Drive ERP/finance digitalization (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, etc.) and automation.

Regulatory & Ethical Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine financial regulations (SEC, BIR, BSP).
  • Apply PFRS/IFRS accounting standards with ethical judgment.

  • Filipino language skills an advantage for local regulatory interactions

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA/M.Com. preferred).
  • Professional certifications: CPA, CFA, or CA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership, with at least 5 years in C-suite or senior finance management roles (Finance Director, VP Finance, or CFO level).
  • Experience in companies with annual turnover > ₱1 billion.
  • Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits
  • ₱80,000 – ₱100,000 / month (depending on qualifications)
