The Opportunity

This position offers a unique blend of local responsibilities and global involvement. You will work closely with senior managers to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies to enhance employee experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the board. Your ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement will be invaluable in driving business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to people managers, providing coaching on performance, development, and engagement.
  • Function as a generalist, covering main discipline areas of Human Resources, including Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, HRIS legal compliance, and People Analytics.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for People Advisor role.
  • Collaborate with Senior People Partner, Chief People Officer, and Legal resources to create, update, and apply HR policies within a specific region.
  • Support ER cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with local employment law and company policy.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and L&D to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Drive consistency and fairness in how people practices are applied locally.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in an HR business partnering or generalist capacity, with at least 1 year focused on ER.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of local employment legislation and practical ER management.
  • Attributes: Hands-on, strategic thinker with a collaborative approach.
  • Technical proficiency: Comfortable using HR systems, data reporting, and analytics tools.
