
Administrative Support Specialist

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to senior-level executives and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Key responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records. You must be highly organized, able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with our team to develop solutions to business problems and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements:- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role is required
- BPO experience is an advantage
- High level of spoken and written business English is essential
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Ability to handle research, preparation of presentations, data entry, maintenance and monitoring of memberships, online accounts, and bills payable
- Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to anticipate others' needs
- Two weeks of paid training
