Growth Marketing Analyst

We're seeking a talented Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies and campaign execution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials.
  • Assist in executing seasonal growth marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, display, email, and organic social media channels.
  • Prepare creative assets, links, and supporting documents for review and assist with file organization and brief formatting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on campaign deliverables and ensure timely follow-up across teams.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools, updating trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics.
  • Flag anomalies or underperformance for review and optimization, supporting A/B testing and helping document test hypotheses, setups, and results.
  • Assist in competitive research and ad benchmarking, reviewing past campaign results to identify takeaways and apply relevant insights to current programs.
Documentation & Process Support:
  • Organize campaign materials and shared folders, ensuring consistent naming conventions and easy access across teams.
  • Document campaign wrap-ups and share key takeaways with the team, maintaining campaign trackers and building a consolidated calendar of deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
