We're seeking a seasoned content strategist to craft impactful content that effectively communicates complex AI and customer experience concepts to diverse B2B audiences.

The mission is crucial: We refine unstructured customer feedback data with AI, empowering organizations to make better business decisions by understanding customer needs, prioritizing experiences that matter, and resolving issues in real-time.

You'll be a content expert who educates without overwhelming, builds trust through clear writing, and transforms complex topics into compelling narratives for various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Content Creation (70%): Write thought leadership articles, how-to guides, competitive analyses, and customer stories showcasing real business impact.
  • Transform complex NLP and CX concepts into actionable content for executives, brand managers, product managers, and CX professionals.
  • Lead content strategy evolution by building content aligned with real intent, not just keywords, and provide recommendations on adapting our approach.
  • Create relevant content using advanced AI tools while maintaining authentic voice and strategic positioning.
  • Editorial Excellence & Strategy (30%): Guide freelance writers and occasional contributors to maintain quality standards, repurpose long-form content across channels, and collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure content supports business goals and customer journeys.
You're the Right Fit if You:
  • Have proven content expertise with 3+ years of creating B2B SaaS content that executives read and share, a portfolio demonstrating ability to make technical topics accessible, and experience writing for multiple audiences within the same organization.
  • Master AI-powered content creation with advanced proficiency in Claude, ChatGPT, and emerging AI writing tools, and a proven ability to create original, strategic content while maintaining quality and authenticity.
  • Embody our content philosophy by believing great content educates and empowers, naturally curious about data analytics, process-oriented with attention to quality and consistency, and comfortable researching unfamiliar topics.
