Job Title: Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Strategist to drive revenue growth through effective lead generation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage and optimize platforms for lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Sales Strategy, or GTM roles.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and outbound/inbound campaign execution.
  • Strong expertise with sales engagement platforms (Apollo, rB2B, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in CRM management (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with workflow automation (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and data enrichment.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
