Business Growth Strategist

The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, market penetration and customer satisfaction by effectively managing distributors and implementing sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

This involves overseeing distributor performance to ensure alignment with business goals, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for specific regions and leading, motivating and coaching a diverse sales team to meet or exceed sales quotas.
