We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in the role of Business Process Strategist. As a key player, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a meaningful impact.

We strive to advise clients on how to deliver purpose-led growth and embed more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable business practices.

In this role, you will engage with clients to analyze process and reporting requirements, advise on industry leading practices, design target state solutions, and lead teams through implementation cycles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
  • Advise clients on industry leading practices and recommended processes and functions
  • Design target state solutions for clients and influence their thinking
  • Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to solutions
  • Perform configuration and tests, develop specifications for development of forms/reports/interfaces
  • Lead consultant and client teams through implementation cycles
  • Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  1. A good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
  2. Senior Consultant experience in SAP Security Module with minimum 6 years of experience and end-to-end full life cycle implementation
  3. Experience/exposure with SAP S/4 HANA
  4. Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment
  5. A sound understanding of business process, industry nuances, and leading practices
  6. The ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design
  7. The ability to lead teams
  8. Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing solutions
  9. Broad understanding of SAP design, appreciation of digital enterprise, and emerging technologies
  10. Sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
  11. Willingness to work outside of office base and travel locally and abroad
