Job Title: Collaborative Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Collaborative Growth Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of marketing activities that drive sales growth and partner objectives.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with 4-8 years of experience in channel marketing, preferably managing national partners. The successful candidate will be proficient in both English and Spanish at a business level, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation - Design and implement marketing strategies to increase sales pipeline and drive new revenue streams.
  • Sales Enablement - Develop sales tools and training materials to empower sales teams.
  • Relationship Management - Foster strong working relationships with LATAM service providers and partner teams.
  • Product Release and Launches - Lead comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, features, and updates.
  • Customer Marketing - Collaborate with partners to develop customer case studies and testimonials.
  • Competitive Analysis - Deliver competitive analysis on regional UC and CC markets.
