As a vital team member, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include creating and sending statements or invoices, tracking payments, and recording company expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to prepare reports for comparative analysis.
- Organize documents and files, and perform data entry tasks such as lead lists or meeting minutes.
- Research products, purchase goods and samples, and store information for marketing campaigns through a CRM system.
- Monitor projects, communicate internally, and organize company data.
- Coordinate team schedules, prevent conflicts, and ensure timely client meetings.
- Prepare itineraries, book hotels, rental cars, and convey information to clients via phone calls and emails.
- Organize email inboxes, notify clients about important messages, and upload content for review management.
