Participate in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Process orders and returns in a timely manner.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Prepare and maintain sales inventory reports.
Assist with merchandising and store displays.
Support the implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives.
Report to the Chief Finance Officer.
