Virtual Assistant to Chief Financial Officer

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, be experienced with NetSuite, and be capable of handling executive assistant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights.
  • Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and budgeting.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to the CFO.
  • Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits.
  • Provide insights to assist the CFO in making strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the Chief Financial Officer. This includes managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing administrative assistance.
