RESPONSIBILITIES

• Is responsible to the Chief Security Officer of the client firm on operations matters
• Renders periodic reports to the client's security manager/director and furnishes copies of same to PSIS headquarters.
• Exercise full operational and administrative control of all his units to include his assistant and security guard.
• Conduct unit inspection and institutes corrective measures on the spot for problem detected or brought to his attention. If possible, bring the problem to the establishment's security Manager/director/ chief security officer, or PSIS headquarters.
• Account for the daily attendance, appearance and bearing of this men and briefs them before posting. While formation, may disseminate instructions and client and Agency policies for implementation.
• Inspects the posts as often as he can to ensure his men's alertness and effective performance of their duties.
• Performs others duties as may be directed by the Operations Manager.
• Prepares and executes the Officer-In-Charge's security plan in relation to the client establishment's security requirements.
• Holds office in the day time but shall also oversee the night shift as he deems necessary.
• Receives and implements instructions from the client's security manager/ representative.
• Conducts day and night inspection of all post at least twice a week.
• Is familiar with all post orders at each post/ detachment and assists in their implementation.
• Conduct spot counting of supplies/ equipment, checks serial number of issued firearms and updates logistics records.
• Updates the inspection monitoring report based on reports submitted by security officer.
• Submits weekly accomplishment reports and recommends measures to improve guard's quality based on field observations.
• Submits monthly guards' troop information and education at all branches Heavens beauty Salon and SPA.
• 1. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous military or law enforcement is strongly preferred.

· Exceptional attention to detail and situational awareness.

· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

· Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies

· Ability to operate surveillance camera or communication tools.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Physically fit.

. At least 3 years of SO working experience
