This role involves managing daily client communications, responding promptly to requests and needs, collaborating with a Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and achieve performance objectives.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with the largest client, ensuring timely responses to their needs and requests.
- Work closely with the Client Success Manager to develop and execute a tailored account strategy that meets and exceeds performance expectations.
- Monitor key performance metrics and account data, identifying areas for improvement and developing reports to communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
- Serve as subject matter expert on client guidelines, ensuring seamless execution and effective management of client expectations.
- Act as an internal quality assurance resource, pinpointing order issues and coordinating corrective actions with post-production and partner teams.
- Collaborate with Client Support and Operations to drive proactive cross-team communication and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions and updates, streamlining communication processes.
- Capture and act on client feedback, advocating for client needs across departments.
- Participate in special projects as needed, contributing expertise and support to drive business outcomes.
