This role requires the ability to work independently, think critically, and troubleshoot complex issues.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide proactive support to customers through online forums and social media channels
- Monitor and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Strong technical knowledge of IT security concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and think critically
- Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and cybersecurity practices
