We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer service professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.
- Provide quality-based responses that reflect our service standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
