Dedicated Customer Advocate

The Customer Service Representative role involves providing high-level customer service, handling maintenance requests, and answering general billing questions via phone and email on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming calls with promptness and professionalism.
- Process voicemails in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Managers to address special requests.
- Understand Community Care Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and act accordingly.
- Make necessary follow-up calls as per company policy.
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- At least 3 years of experience in a BPO / call center setting.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to assert oneself effectively.
- Able to work efficiently in a remote setup.
- Require a dedicated workstation at home.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute or higher.
- Comfortable using technology.
- Experience in Property Management is a plus.
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS.
- CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor.
- RAM: 2 GB or more.
- Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably SSD).
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed.
