Job Title: Senior Customer Advocate

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Advocate. This role is responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional service to customers through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Record and maintain detailed client information to ensure excellent client relations and problem resolution.
  • Schedule and coordinate visits with nurses, ensuring accurate and timely appointments.
  • Update paperwork, maintain records, and perform data entry using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and internal databases.
  • Process payments via platforms like Stripe and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with coordinating events and special initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain supply inventory.
  • Utilize multiple screens and perform tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track and resolve issues, ensuring proper escalation to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace and other office tool applications.
  • Fluency in English with excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in call center environments and sales is highly valued.
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers.
  • Familiarity with payment processing platforms and tech tools.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices.
Preferred Skills

  • Background in sales and client relations.
  • Promptness and punctuality with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with collaboration tools like Slack.
  • Quick typing skills and experience managing tasks across multiple screens.
Schedule Requirements

This is a full-time role, working 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday with rotating weekends as needed.
