Job Title: Enterprise Account Strategist

This role focuses on providing proactive support to enterprise-level clients, ensuring consistent high-quality attention that strengthens relationships and drives retention.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client experience while also providing strong support and partnership to internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily communications with clients, responding quickly to requests, questions, and needs.
  • Work directly with clients as a point person for tactical account support.
  • Partner with the Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and meet account performance objectives.
  • Review and monitor account data and performance, regularly reviewing metrics such as turnaround time.
  • Coordinate internally with support, operations, and product teams to ensure enterprise client needs are addressed.

The Enterprise Account Strategist will be a client advocate, focused on capturing client feedback and communicating requests to all relevant stakeholders. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a sense of urgency and proactivity.
