We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Bahasa Customer Care Process Associate.
Key Responsibilities:- Digitally resolve customer complaints with high levels of professionalism and integrity to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- At least three years of international contact center experience.
- Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, well-versed in Excel and other MS Office tools.
