Customer Support Specialist

Overview:

We're seeking a customer-focused professional to provide top-notch support to our clients via chat, email, or phone. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring every interaction is friendly, helpful, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with ease.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
