Role Overview

The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the technical and operational execution of marketing strategies, delivering high-quality campaigns and optimizing campaign performance. This role focuses on collaboration with the creative team to produce retention marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-converting emails.
  • Develop and implement optimization plans to boost retention marketing performance.
  • Ensure quality check campaigns to guarantee error-free deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Client Strategist to build client presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards)
