Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and executing email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and repeat purchases.

Your mission will be to develop automated journeys that keep customers coming back, build programs that turn VIPs into brand promoters, and create a retention engine that maximizes lifetime value.

About the Role

This is a full-time role with a competitive base salary and opportunities for growth. You will have the chance to collaborate directly with our CEO and work closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Email, SMS & Automated Journeys - Build and optimize advanced flows that drive engagement and repeat purchases.
  • VIP Customer Management - Identify and nurture top buyers with personalized outreach, turning them into affiliates, brand advocates, and case study partners.
  • Membership & Loyalty Growth - Grow adoption of our membership plan, reduce churn, and create exclusive perks that keep customers engaged long-term.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of scaling email/SMS programs for e-commerce.
  • Experience in customer retention, VIP management, or loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication skills: strong writing + comfortable engaging directly with customers.
