Job Overview

A seasoned Email Strategist is required to drive significant revenue through a comprehensive retention strategy for 7- to 8-figure brands.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Klaviyo and a proven track record of managing email-attributed revenue exceeding $1M.

They must possess a holistic understanding of marketing beyond the email channel and be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or high-growth DTC brand environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete retention strategy, focusing on driving revenue through email.
  • Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work with tools like Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, Wonderment, and other retention platforms; leverage data from GA4 and Triple Whale or similar analytics tools.
Core Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience.
  • Proven track record of managing $1M+ in email-attributed revenue.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth DTC brand.
  • Holistic understanding of marketing beyond just the email channel.
